Description: This attribute represents the default value for the subscriber (CPE) upstream filter group for the CM if the parameter is not signaled in the DOCSIS Registration process.
What is docsSubmgt3BaseSubFilterUpDef?
This value (0-1024, default 0) sets the default upstream filter group ID applied to traffic originating from a CM's subscriber-side CPEs when registration didn't signal a group. Like its downstream counterpart, 0 or an unconfigured group ID leaves subscriber upstream traffic unfiltered by default.
