Description: This attribute represents the default value for the CM stack upstream filter group applying to the CM if the parameter is not signaled in the DOCSIS Registration process.
What is docsSubmgt3BaseCmFilterUpDef?
This value (0-1024, default 0) is the default upstream filter group applied to traffic the CM itself originates when no group was signaled during registration. It lets an admin set a baseline filter for CM-sourced traffic (as opposed to traffic from devices behind the CM).
