Description: This attribute controls the time average over the number of probes the CCAP will use to calculate the docsPnmCmtsUsOfdmaRxPwrOnePtSix. The average is simply the sum of the docsPnmCmtsUsOfdmaRxPwrOnePtSix values divided by the NumAverages.

This object cannot be changed while a capture is in progress. It will return a value of 'inconsistentValue' if set while the value of 'docsPnmCmtsUsOfdmaRxPwrMeasStatus' is set to a value of 'busy'.

What is docsPnmCmtsUsOfdmaRxPwrNumAvgs?

Controls how many probes (0-255) the CCAP averages together to calculate docsPnmCmtsUsOfdmaRxPwrOnePtSixPsd, computed as a simple sum-divided-by-count average. More averages smooth out probe-to-probe variation for a steadier power reading, at the cost of needing more probe opportunities.
