Description: This attribute is a count of the measured num of uncorrectable codewords that the CM has received during the testing interval for the profile being tested. Unsigned integer count of codewords that failed pre-decoding LDPC syndrome check and passed BCH decoding. If Codeword Tagging is disabled, this count includes all codewords received on the profile in question for the duration of the test. If Codeword Tagging is enabled, this count includes only codewords received on the profile in question for the duration of the test for which the 'T' bit was set in the NCP pointing to the codeword. The location of the 'T' bit is specified in the PHYv3.1 Spec.

What is docsPnmCmtsOptRespUncorrectableCodewordCt?

The count of codewords that failed both pre-decoding LDPC syndrome check and BCH decoding (i.e. truly uncorrectable) during the OPT test interval, scoped by Codeword Tagging the same way as the other codeword counters. A nonzero or rising value here is the clearest OPT signal that the candidate profile is causing actual data loss and should not be assigned as-is.
