Description: The CM reports the number of subcarriers with a measured RxMER value that is at least this value below the target RxMER for the bitloading of the given subcarrier in the OPT-RSP message. This attribute corresponds to the TLV 2.3 in the OPT-REQ.
What is docsPnmCmtsOptMerThreshCfgRxMerMargin?
The margin, in dB, below the per-subcarrier target RxMER (for that subcarrier's bitloading) at which the CM reports the subcarrier as counted in the OPT-RSP. Corresponds to TLV 2.3 in the OPT-REQ and gives an admin a tunable sensitivity for how close to the edge a subcarrier must be to get flagged.
