Description:
This attribute denotes the number of times counter T4 expired in the CM for this upstream channel. Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the managed system, and at other times as indicated by the value of ifCounterDiscontinuityTime for the associated upstream channel.
What is docsIf3CmStatusUsT4Timeouts?
This counter records how many times the T4 timer has expired during the cable modem upstream ranging process on a specific upstream channel. Each expiration indicates a timeout event where the CMTS did not respond to the modem's ranging message within the expected window. Network operators track this to diagnose ranging problems and upstream channel quality issues.
