Description: This attribute provides the total RF power present in the segment with the center frequency equal to the Frequency index and the span equal to the SegmentFrequencySpan. The value represents the sum of the spectrum power in all of the associated bins. The value is computed by summing power (not dB) values and converting the final sum to TenthdB.
