What is docsIfCmStatusT1Timeouts?

This OID counts how many times a cable modem initialization timer expired, indicating the modem failed to receive an expected signal within the time limit. It shows how often the modem has lost synchronization during startup. A cable provider would check this counter to determine if a modem is experiencing chronic initialization failures before replacing it.
