Description: A relative priority assigned to this service when allocating bandwidth. Zero indicates lowest priority and seven indicates highest priority. Interpretation of priority is device-specific. MUST NOT be changed while this row is active.

What is docsIfQosProfPriority?

This is the relative scheduling priority (0-7, 0 lowest) assigned to a QoS/class-of-service profile when the CMTS allocates upstream bandwidth. An admin sets this higher for service classes that need preferential treatment during congestion, e.g. giving voice traffic priority 7 over a best-effort data class at priority 0; it can't be changed while the profile row is actively referenced by a modem.
