What is docsIfQosProfMaxTransmitBurst?
This is the maximum number of bytes (not counting physical-layer overhead) that may be requested in a single upstream transmission under this QoS profile, with zero meaning no limit. An admin uses this current replacement for the deprecated docsIfQosProfMaxTxBurst to bound how large a single upstream burst a service class can request, which affects both throughput and how quickly the channel is shared among competing modems.
