What is docsIfQosProfBaselinePrivacy?
This is a true/false flag indicating whether DOCSIS Baseline Privacy (link encryption) is required for services using this QoS profile. An admin enables it on any profile that needs traffic confidentiality over the shared cable plant, and it can't be flipped while the profile row is actively in use.
