Description: The position of this device in an interleave. 0 indicates non-interleaved. 1 indicates the first position 2 the second, and so on. For example, in a 2:1 interleave, a value of '1' would indicate the device is in the 'even' position, in a 4:1 interleave this would be the first of four possible positions). 0x80000000 denotes 'unknown' or'unsupported'.
