dpDeviceInfoIpV4SubnetMask

Module: DLINKPRIME-DEVICE-INFORMATION-MIB

OID (symbolic): DLINKPRIME-DEVICE-INFORMATION-MIB::dpDeviceInfoIpV4SubnetMask

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.171.28.3.1.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: IpAddress

Access: read-write

Description: IP subnet mask for the default IP address. This subnet mask, if modified, will take effect only when the configuration is stored & restored.

What is dpDeviceInfoIpV4SubnetMask?

This read-write object holds the subnet mask paired with the device's default IPv4 address. Like the address itself, an edit here only takes effect after the configuration is stored and restored, so it must be saved before it changes how the interface computes its local subnet. An admin narrowing the network from a /24 to a /25 would set this to 255.255.255.128 and then save and reload the configuration for it to apply.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.171.28.3.1.1.3
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> DLINKPRIME-DEVICE-INFORMATION-MIB::dpDeviceInfoIpV4SubnetMask

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.171.28.3.1.1.3.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> DLINKPRIME-DEVICE-INFORMATION-MIB::dpDeviceInfoIpV4SubnetMask.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.171.28.3.1.1.3.1 a <value>

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> dpDeviceInfoIpV4SubnetMask.1
