Description: A name that uniquely and globally identifies the unit. The Unit ID must consist of (upper-case) letters 'A'..'Z' and digits '0'..'9'. The first character of the Unit ID may not be a digit.
What is dlcUnitId?
A unique, globally-assigned name for this unit, restricted to uppercase letters and digits and not starting with a digit. Set it to something identifiable, e.g. a site code, so the unit can be distinguished in a management system with many similar Eclipse units.
