What is diffServTBParamBurstSize?

The maximum number of bytes allowed in a single traffic burst under this token bucket, used as CBS/EBS/PBS depending on the metering algorithm. A larger burst size lets short traffic spikes pass without being marked non-conforming even though the sustained rate is capped.
