What is diffServRandomDropMinThreshBytes?
The average queue depth, in bytes, above which packets start having a non-zero chance of being randomly dropped (the RED 'min threshold'). An admin lowers this to start shedding traffic earlier during congestion, or raises it to tolerate deeper queues before any random drops begin.
