What is dbpPeerId?
The server identifier for a Diameter peer, which must be unique and non-empty within the peer table; an admin sets it when defining a new peer row so the local server knows which Diameter node it is establishing a connection with. It's also referenced in trap payloads (e.g. dbpPeerConnectionDownNotif) to identify which peer the event concerns.
