What is dbpLocalApplStorageType?
The storage type (e.g. volatile or nonVolatile) of a row in the local-applications table, which determines whether a configured Diameter application entry survives a reboot; none of the row's other columns are writable once it is permanent. An admin sets this when provisioning which Diameter applications this server advertises, to decide whether that configuration is meant to persist.
