What is swL2IpLimitedMulticastRangeNameState?

Adds or deletes a named multicast address range on this port's limited multicast list: set add(2) or delete(3) together with a non-null swL2IpLimitedMulticastRangeName to add or remove that range, or deleteAll(4) to remove every range on the port; reading always shows other(1), and the set of range names applied can subsequently be seen in swL2LimitedMulticastAddressTable.
