What is swL2DhcpLocalRelayState?
Enables or disables DHCP local relay switch-wide, a feature that lets the switch itself relay DHCP requests between clients and a server across VLAN boundaries without needing a separate Layer 3 DHCP relay agent; an admin enables this so DHCP clients on a VLAN without a local DHCP server can still be served from a server on another VLAN.
