Description: Setting this variable to upsSmartControlTurnOnUpsLoad(2) causes the UPS switch back to utility power if utility power is present.
Setting this value to noUpsSmartControlTurnOnUpsLoad(1) has no effect.
The value noUpsSmartControlTurnOnUpsLoad(1) will always be returned when the variable is read.
