What is aniDevRouteNextHop?

This object gives the IP address of the next-hop router that traffic matching this route is forwarded to, or the device's own interface address when the route is bound to a broadcast-media interface. Admins use this value directly when verifying reachability, such as pinging or tracerouting the listed gateway to confirm the path is actually up. For example, an aniDevRouteNextHop of 192.168.1.1 tells the admin that matching traffic is handed off to the router at 192.168.1.1.
