What is dcChargeState?
This reports which charging mode the battery is currently in: float(1), discharge(2), equalize(3), boost(4), battTest(5), recharge(6), sepCharge(7), or evCtrlCharge(8). Admins use this to understand what the charger is doing right now, for example confirming the system moved from boost back to float after a discharge event.
