What is swPortInfoSpeedStatus?
This read-only INTEGER reports the current transmit rate a port is running at: speed-10M(2) or speed-100M(3). An admin reads this to confirm a port has actually negotiated up to 100M as expected, rather than falling back to 10M due to a cabling or NIC issue.
