What is swPortInfoLinkStatus?
This read-only INTEGER reports whether a port currently has a live link: link-pass(2) means the link test succeeded, link-fail(3) means it didn't. An admin polls this to quickly identify which ports have an active cable connection without physically inspecting each port's LED.
