What is swPortFragments?
This read-only Counter, despite its description text matching the general byte-count wording, counts fragment-related frame events received on a port (fragments are typically short, invalid frames caused by collisions). An admin treats a rising count here similarly to collision indicators, as a normal byproduct of a busy shared segment rather than necessarily a fault.
