Description: Port control forward unknow packet state.
What is swPortCtrlForwardUnknowState?
This read-write INTEGER controls whether a port forwards frames destined to unknown (unlearned) MAC addresses: enabled(3) forwards them (normal flooding behavior), disabled(2) drops them. An admin might disable this on a port in a security-sensitive setup to prevent traffic from leaking to devices whose MAC address hasn't been explicitly learned.
