What is swL3ospfIfPassiveMode?
Marks this OSPF interface as passive, meaning its network is advertised into OSPF but the interface itself doesn't send/receive OSPF Hello packets or form adjacencies. Admins use passive mode on interfaces facing end hosts (e.g. a LAN with no other routers) to avoid unnecessary OSPF traffic there.
