Description: Controls whether a higher priority virtual router will preempt a lower priority master.
What is swL3VrrpOperPreemptMode?
Controls whether a higher-priority router is allowed to preempt (take over from) a currently active lower-priority master, defaulting to true. Disabling preemption keeps a backup that has become master in that role even after a higher-priority router comes back online, avoiding unnecessary flapping.
