Description: dellNetLastTrapEventSeqId is a sequential ID indicated the number of traps sent by the syatem since chassis is loaded. The same id can also be used as the index to the history and active tables.

Anytime, if an NMS dropped its connection with a chassis, it should sync up its history tables from its own dellNetLastTrapEventSeqId to the chassis dellNetLastTrapEventSeqId.

What is dellNetLastTrapEventSeqId?

This value is a running sequential counter of every trap the chassis has sent since it last booted, and it doubles as the index into the history and active trap event tables. An NMS that has lost its connection compares its own last-seen sequence ID to this value and fetches only the intervening entries to catch up, instead of re-polling the whole table. For instance, if the NMS last recorded seq ID 4200 and this object now reads 4215, it knows to retrieve entries 4201 through 4215.
