This read-only value (1-450 seconds) reports the FCF's configured FIP keepalive interval multiplied by five - for example, an 80-second FKA_ADV_PERIOD on the FCF shows here as 400. An admin uses this to understand how quickly a stale FCF entry will be aged out if advertisements stop.
