The Operational(local) parameters do not have any impact in the system if this object value is 'on(1)' and dellNetPFCModuleStatus is disabled. dellNetPFCDcbxOperState will be in 'Off' State.

What is dellNetPFCAdminMode?

This read-only value shows the administrative PFC mode for a given port: on(1) means PFC is enabled and its operational behavior follows DCBX negotiation with the peer, off(2) means PFC is disabled and the admin-configured parameters have no effect in hardware. Admins check this per port before expecting priority-based pause frames to be honored on that link.
