If this object returns with 'disabled', then all the ports have the ETS feature disabled in the system(hardware) and the DCBX state machine has stopped on the ports.
If this object returns with 'enabled', then all the ports have the ETS feature enabled in the system(hardware) and the DCBX state machine is running on the ports.
What is dellNetETSModuleStatus?
This read-only value reports whether the ETS feature is enabled or disabled system-wide. When disabled, ETS is turned off in hardware on every port and the per-port DCBX state machine for ETS stops running, so admins check this scalar before troubleshooting a single port's ETS behavior.
