Description: Path cost for this static route, if overriding the default setting. This field is not used if rtmStaticRtUsePathCost is set to AMB_FALSE.
When deciding which path for a given route should be marked as active, the administrative distance is considered first. If multiple paths have the same administrative distance, the path with the lowest path cost is chosen as the active path. If multiple paths have the same path cost, one or more paths may be marked as active depending on the value of rtmEntityEqlCostOpt.
