What is isisSysRestartAdjacencyWait?
Sets, in seconds (1-3600, default 10), how long DC-ISIS waits to re-establish adjacencies before completing a start or restart sequence, applicable only when the relevant restart-type object is set to 'start' or 'restart'. An admin extends this on a network with slow neighbor convergence to give more time for adjacencies to come back up before the restart sequence is considered complete.
