What is isisSysMaxBwidthPcntge?
Sets the minimum percentage change in an interface's real-time maximum bandwidth (as updated by the I3 Stub) required before the router originates a new LSP to re-advertise it, defaulting to 0 (any change triggers an update). An admin raises this to reduce LSP flooding overhead from minor, frequent bandwidth fluctuations on links whose available capacity varies continuously.
