A write-triggered action object: setting it to true clears all of this instance's system statistics, including the isisSystemCounter and isisPacketCounter tables (notably, isisSysStatLSPCount is explicitly excluded and is not reset by this action); reading the object back has no defined meaning. An admin uses this to reset accumulated IS-IS counters to a clean baseline, for example before starting a troubleshooting session where fresh counter deltas are needed.
