What is isisSysAllowAutoI3Config?
Controls whether IP addresses automatically learned from the I3 stub (the underlying interface/address-management layer) are added to isisCircIPAddrTable already administratively enabled (true) or disabled (false), requiring manual enabling. An admin sets this to false on a router where automatically discovered addresses should not immediately start participating in IS-IS until explicitly turned on.
