What is isisIPRAMtId?
Identifies which Multi-Topology ID this reachable address belongs to, defaulting to 0 (the base topology). An admin uses this to see which non-default topology (per RFC 5120, if any) a given reachable address is associated with, when the network runs multiple IS-IS topologies.
