What is isisCircLevelLSPThrottle?
Sets the minimum interval, in milliseconds (default 30), between consecutive LSP transmissions on this circuit at this level, pacing back-to-back LSP floods to avoid overwhelming the link or neighbor. An admin raises this on a low-bandwidth or high-latency circuit to throttle LSP flooding rate, distinct from isisCircLevelMinLSPRetransInt which paces retransmission of the same LSP rather than the rate of distinct LSPs.
