What is isisCircExtDomain?
When true, suppresses normal transmission and interpretation of intra-domain IS-IS PDUs on this circuit, effectively excluding it from ordinary IS-IS adjacency formation and routing exchange (used for circuits that belong to a different routing domain). An admin sets this true on a circuit that should be tracked for reachability purposes (see isisCircPassiveCircuit) but must not run the normal IS-IS protocol itself.
