What is dsPortUpUtil10m?
This OID stores the upstream data rate (in bits per second) sent through a port during the last 10 minutes. It shows how much of the available bandwidth was used for traffic flowing back toward the network core. A network operator would monitor this to detect congestion or ensure that subscriber devices are not consuming excessive upstream capacity.
