Description: The value of sysUpTime when the alarm condition was detected. If the alarm condition was detected at the time of agent startup and presumably existed before agent startup, the value of tsAlarmTime shall equal 0.
What is tsAlarmTime?
The value of sysUpTime when this alarm condition was first detected, 0 if it predates agent startup, used by an admin to determine how long a problem has been outstanding.
