What is wtHsLines?

Read-write 2-octet OCTET STRING whose 16 bits individually enable/disable RTS/DTR defaults and hardware/software (XON/XOFF) handshake behavior on the serial port; the vendor documents standard byte pairs for no handshake (30h/03h), hardware handshake (00h/91h), and software handshake (3Ch/0Fh), which an admin can use as ready-made presets instead of computing the bitmask by hand.
