frxBankIndex

Module: Cisco90Series-MIB

OID (symbolic): Cisco90Series-MIB::frxBankIndex

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1570.1.3.1.1.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: Channel Bank Di-group Number. This index is used to address the various channel banks in the system. This number is the same as the DLCI number used to communicate with the bank at the Cisco 90 SNMP Agent. (note that this is NOT the same as the DLCI number at the channel bank. The channel bank always uses DLCI 30 or 31 to communicate with the Agent.)

What is frxBankIndex?

The DLCI number the SNMP agent uses to address a particular channel-bank di-group (a T1 to the frame relay network); it also serves as the table index, so an admin uses it to pick which bank's rows to read in frxBankTable, frxChUTable, etc. Note this is not the DLCI the bank itself uses locally (always 30 or 31).
