OID (symbolic): CYCLONE-MIB::cycChannelNumber

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.795.2.5.9000.9008

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Description: Channel Number

What is cycChannelNumber?

This read-only Integer is a trap varbind reporting the SCSI channel number involved in a Cyclone RAID event. An admin uses this to identify which channel on a multi-channel host adapter triggered the notification, useful when troubleshooting a specific SCSI bus segment. For example, a value of 0 versus 1 distinguishes between two separate SCSI channels on the same adapter.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.795.2.5.9000.9008
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CYCLONE-MIB::cycChannelNumber

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.795.2.5.9000.9008.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CYCLONE-MIB::cycChannelNumber.1
