This object reports the flow point pool subtype associated with the Ethernet entry, using the vendor-defined CyanFppSubTypeTc enumeration; the source MIB provides no further description text for this field. Illustratively, an admin would use it to distinguish between different categories of flow point pools (such as access versus network-facing) when provisioning Ethernet services on the port. For example, querying this object on a UNI-facing port might return a subtype value distinct from that of an NNI-facing port on the same shelf.
