Description: Determines if this SAP subscribes to the Closed User Group with Incoming Access facility. This facility applies to outgoing calls only.
Options: false (1): Not subscribed. If this SAP is part of a closed user group, outgoing calls not containing the closed user group selection facility (calls from the open network which are not part of any CUGs) are refused.
true (2): Subscribed: If this SAP is part of a closed user group, outgoing calls not containing the closed user group selection facility (calls from the open network which are not part of any CUGs) are sent out. At the upper SAP, they are sent to the attached application, at the lower SAP are sent out to the line.

What is x25SapSbscrCugIncomingAccess?
Controls whether this SAP subscribes to the Closed User Group with Incoming Access facility on outgoing calls: subscribed (true) allows outgoing calls from the open network (not part of any CUG) to be sent out even though this SAP is a CUG member, while not subscribed (false, the default) refuses such non-CUG outgoing calls. An admin enables this when a CUG member SAP should still be reachable from outside the closed group, per X.25 Section 6.14.3.
