Options: false (1): Not subscribed. This SAP does not redirect calls.
true (2): Subscribed: This SAP redirects outgoing calls to the configured call redirection address (x25SapRedirectionAddress). Redirection takes place only if:
- this outbound SAP is not available (lower SAPs only)
- this outbound SAP is out of available LCNs
- incoming calls are barred at this outbound SAP (configured as a DTE)
- outgoing calls are barred at this outbound SAP (configured as a DCE)
In addition, redirection can then only succeed if the inbound side has subscribed to the Permission to Redirect facility.

What is x25SapSbscrCallRedirection?
Controls whether this SAP subscribes to the Call Redirection facility on outgoing calls: subscribed (true) redirects an otherwise-unroutable outgoing call (SAP unavailable, out of LCNs, or calls barred) to the address configured in x25SapRedirectionAddress, but only succeeds if the originating side has subscribed to Permission to Redirect; default is false. An admin enables this to provide automatic failover to a backup destination address when the primary destination SAP can't take the call, per X.25 Section 6.25.
