Description: Determines the maximum amount of time this SAP (service access point) can hold outbound queued data for a virtual circuit. If this timer expires before the queued data can be sent, the virtual circuit is reset (the SAP issues a Reset Request packet). This is a global setting that applies to all virtual circuits established at this SAP.
A value of '0' disables this timer, and is the recommended setting for upper SAPs.

What is x25SapInactivityTimer?
Sets (0-300 seconds, default 60) how long this SAP can hold outbound queued data for a virtual circuit before resetting that circuit if the data still hasn't been sent; a value of 0 disables the timer and is recommended for upper SAPs. An admin lowers this on lower SAPs to more aggressively clear stalled circuits, or sets it to 0 on an upper SAP where indefinite queuing is acceptable.
